Wellness Challenge

Hello BITSians! To kick off the launch of the Mana Maali initiative for student wellness, we want to introduce the Mana Maali Wellness Challenge!

Throughout this challenge, we will be sharing fun, easy, research-backed ways to practice physical, emotional, and mental wellness in your lives.
